– New Network Member Resource
Network
members value the “connectivity” that membership
provides to interact and collaborate with others on sustainability
issues. Relationships have been formed at breakfast events,
peer learning groups and workshops. Some people have even
found employment through the Network.
In
the spirit of using every medium available to help our members,
we’re launching an online networking site for members
on July 5.
We’ve
worked with Justin Yuen, Network Board Member and President
of FMYI [For MY Innovation] to provide a secure collaboration
site for Network members. We’ve tested it with our Advisory
Board, Board of Directors and our peer learning groups. The
site includes resources, a complete member directory, and
shared workspaces for discussions. We’re offering a
space where members can communicate and share data directly.
By
July 5, the primary contact from each member organization
and individual members will receive an email explaining how
to sign in and set up an account. We hope you take a look
at the site, post your favorite resources, and continue to
use the network to connect and share best practices.
